1. Introduction
sustainable.deals (“Platform”) is operated by fortheworld OÜ (Reg. EE102641749), a company registered at Sepapaja tn 6, 15551 Tallinn, Estonia. This search tool aggregates pricing data from 250,000+ hotels and 1,000+ airlines/online travel agencies (OTAs) to help users compare deals. By using the Platform, you agree to these Terms of Service (ToS).
2. Service Description
2.1 Core Functionality
• Free search engine displaying real-time pricing from third-party providers
• Filters for currency (80+ options), language (63+), dates, budgets, and other preferences
• Direct redirects to airlines/OTAs for bookings (we never process payments or reservations)
2.2 Paid Manual Search Service
• Optional $X fee for personalized itineraries via www.sustainable.deals
• 72-hour delivery of curated results based on submitted criteria (departure airports, dates, etc.)
• Non-refundable after delivery unless service fails to meet basic request parameters
3. User Responsibilities
• Verify all third-party terms/policies before booking
• Ensure travel documents comply with destination requirements
• Report pricing discrepancies to team@forthe.world
4. Disclaimers & Limitations
